Fees & Insurance

The fees charged depend on the type of services and the time you require. Although the bill is normally due at the time of the office visit, many health insurance programs today include coverage for counseling services. The Center accepts payment from most major insurance carriers and Employment Assistance Program (EAP) companies, and if you have this kind of coverage, we will submit your claims for you. Then you only need to pay your portion of the bill with your visit. But first contact your provider to ask about your specific coverage, then check with us to be sure our office acceptis your insurance. A sliding fee scale Is available for those in need.

Tax-deductible gifts—the Center is a not-for­profit 501(c)(3) organization and operates a Healing Hospitality Fund, which helps provide counseling services to those who otherwise would not be able to get the help they need. All contributions to this fund are tax-deductible.
